Our Country Inn has 36 rooms in the main building and is open year ’round. May through October choose between staying in one of our 11 >cottages when we can offer a choice of 47 guest rooms.

Please note, smoking is not permitted in the guests rooms or cottages, and we ask that guests respect this aspect of our inn. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Check out is by 11 a.m. and we would like to thank you in advance for letting us know you will be a late arrival. We will do the best we can to ready reservation rooms before 3 p.m., however, please call ahead if you plan to at the inn before check-in time.

When traveling with a pet, please be sure the word pet is listed as part of the room type selected and a pets can stay logo appears within the room description, when making an online reservation. We will be unable to accommodate guests who have made their reservation through a booking system who are traveling with a pet, and have made a reservation in a non-pet room.

• Room rates include a country breakfast buffet and afternoon tea time.
• Rates do not include Maine state lodging tax of 7.0% (rate subject to change without notice).
• All of our guest rooms are non-smoking and charges will be imposed if this policy is not honored.
• We have designated pet friendly rooms that are listed at $10 more per evening for one pet.
• All rates quoted per room, are for two people per room ~ additioal charges for extra guests.
• Additional guest charge $10.00 for each 16 year-old to adult and $5 for a child aged 6-15 years-old.
• Children under 5 stay at no additional charge.
• Two-night minimum, non-refundable deposit and two week cancellation during summer events.
• Regular reservation cancellation requires 48 hours notice to avoid penalties.
• Specials and packages must be made by calling either 888.707.3945 or 207.236.2725.
• Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
• Accessible rooms available.
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
