Many of us think about how to stay in shape or how to get in shape. The Country Inn at Camden/Rockport offers a tranquil, country setting for both guests and health club members with everything you need to exercise and relax. With the addition of several pieces of new equipment, there is something to suit all levels of fitness needs. We also have a qualified Fitness Instructor available for your initial visit to offer workout advice.

After your workout "savor the moments" in our heated, 20' X 40' pool with a lap lane. Let tensions melt away in our hot tub or unwind in our dry sauna. Water fitness classes are instructed in our pool by Dan Seefarht for both members and non-members Mondays and Wednesdays 11am-12pm.

Spa Services provided by Tracy Rescigno, LMT, NMT, and the Maine Massage Clinic in our private massage room at The Country Inn at Camden/Rockport. Tracy is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Maine with over eight years experience.
