Coastal Mountains Land Trust, Merryspring Nature Center and Mid-Coast Audubon will sponsor Warbler Weekend from Friday, May 16 to Sunday, May 18.

Warbler Weekend starts with a slide show presentation on Friday, May 16 at 6:30 p.m. at Merryspring's Ross Center. Don Reimer, an avid birder and amateur bird photographer, will offer an overview of spring birds seen in Maine..

Reimer will lead a bird walk on the Merryspring trails on Saturday, May 17 at 6:30 a.m..

On Sunday, May 18, Kristen Lindquist of Coastal Mountains Land Trust will lead a bird walk on the land trust's Ducktrap River Preserve. Participants should meet at 6:30 a.m. at the Ducktrap River Preserve trailhead on the north side of Route 52 where it crosses the Ducktrap River.
